This is a super adorable pink playhouse has sweet white curtains that you can keep open with the attached loops inside and has lots of detail to look at like the gingerbread people, butterflies, bird, cupcakes, candy and more the house comes with the play mat that alone goes for 0 with shipping online and a storage bag. This is cloth material and is easy to assemble with plastic pipes the instruction booklet is included and the measurements are 53 wide 43 deep and 66 1/2 tall. This is in excellent condition there is a small tear at the corner of of window you can see it in the picture.
