Vintage Trade Card Reading, PA. B. & J. Saylor Coffee and Tea

Description

Dating from the late 19th century, this large trade card, decorated with an image of a pretty young lady standing in a glen, was originally a free premium, and is inscribed "Compliments to Purchaser of Coffee and Tea from B. & J. Saylor, 401 Penn Street, Reading, PA." across the bottom.  The trade card measures 6 1/2 in. tall by 4 1/4 in. wide and is in fair condition with corner and edge wear, areas of staining on the back, and light soiling and discoloration on the image.
