Vintage Embroidered Patch
Original Vintage Embroidered Patch measures approximately 2-3/4" x 3-1/2".  The red, white and blue embroidered patch features Pepsi and NBA trademark logos, basketball and stars, and the following:

The entire outer edge of the patch is trimmed in red embroidered stitching.
The Pepsi Hotshot Patch was likely awarded to a junior player at a basketball camp or clinic conducted in the Cleveland, Ohio area by a player or player from the Cleveland Cavaliers.
