Ringling brothers light chaser spinning toy b9. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. In great condition was working a little but batteries were to weak and I could not figure out how to get to them i didn’t want to damage it trying. Made in 2012 there are a couple scratches on the globe that didn’t come out but not to bad
