This is part of a moderate collection of Circus Souvenirs that were stored in a box and came from a distributor that closed them out after the circus close in 2017.
This was put out by Ringling Brothers and sold at the circus and is new old stock and never used.

These were sold sold in the gift shop and are real neat, and unused and a Plush Penguin that has a tag with The Greatest show on Earth on it..
