Disney's Beauty and the Beast Play House
Assembled once - poles are marked for easy future assembly.
Parts of the box are in rough shape due to 30+ years of moving, storage, etc., but for the most part it still looks good.
The Play House was only assembled and played in once.  It was a Christmas gift, and the novelty wore off by New Year's.
