Japanese Seasoning ajinohaha 720ml Mirin-like fermentation simmered dishesItem Description
<< Condition >> NEW
Unlike ordinary mirin, "Aji no Haha" does not require the use of Japanese sake.
Because it is brewed, it contains alcohol, sugar, amino acids, organic acids, vitamins and a small amount of salt.
Therefore, it has both the flavor of sake and mirin, which makes it easy to season ingredients and bring out the flavors.
It is made only from rice and rice malt, so it is additive-free.
It is a fermented mirin-like seasoning made by brewing the sake mash, and then going through the process of saccharification.
