All  9 pairs look identical and are in the same excellent condition but vary slightly  in size (1/4" - 1/2"). The photos show the front and back sides of one of the  pairs.
* We are willing to split the pairs. If you are interested in  only the tops (12-lite windows) message us.
What a rare find! High-end, antique windows salvaged from an old,  upscale home in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Each  window frame is made of a solid, hardwood (i.e. heartpine, yellow pine, etc.).  They are exceptionally heavy; top = 48lbs & bottom = 34lbs. The tops have 12  true-divided, lites, and the bottoms have a single lite and are equipped with 2  oval, brass pulls.
The wooden frame or sash of each window is painted white on both sides. We could either completely strip the paint, or prep the surface of the windows for a fresh coat of paint.

Condition
:
All of the wooden sashes or frames have the typical nicks and scratches that you  would expect to find on old, used,  architectural elements.
They will be removed during  the finishing process or covered if painted. There are no  breaks, cracks, rot, warp, broken or loose joints, etc.
All of the glass on all 9 pairs and in great shape with only subtle scratches.
