This is the Rare Diet Pepsi Light with little Lemon Wheels Distributor Shirt patch, which the Delivery People had sewn on their shirt or hats.
Looks like this is from the late 1970s or early 1980s as this was only around for a short time
Each is About 3" across and 2" high and is near mint and in unused condition.
This is a sturdy cheese cloth sew on type.
Very rare Advertising / Soda memorabilia.
This one is in great shape, not perfect,
but over all really nice
and was never applied.
These are for great for collectors and or vintage advertising items....
